Hello,
I am looking for a copy of a Concerto for Trumpet and Clarinet by Gordon Jacob. It is out of print and unavailable for purchase at my regular music dealer. I checked the ICA Library in Maryland and it is not there. Any suggestions?

Have you contacted Boosey and Hawkes? If it is out of print, which seems unlikely as it was composed in the 80s before Gordon died, Boosey can issue you with an archive print or facsimile. If that fails I have been in contact with Girdon's 2nd wife in the past and could perhaps contact her on your behalf?

Jacob's 1976 Double Concerto for clarinet and trumpet, with either strings or wind band, is available as a rental from B&H.
JW Pepper shows (what is presumably) a piano reduction of the work as being out of print.

If the piano version is out of print then Boosey will still be able to issue an archive copy.

Have your local library get it via Interlibrary Loan
