Just going by the look of the metal on the keys I'd say it's probably the second listing. Without seeing more of the keywork it's hard to know 100%.

If it is one of those, it's probably an amazing clarinet! ;)

FWIW I have an R13 from 1969, with the serial # in the 111,xxx range.

If that's really the serial number, then it's way too low to be made in 1999. By then, it would be in the 500XXX range.

Looking at this chart, the second listing looks most likely.

A search on the model number of your first entry returns listings for E-flat clarinets. This would tend to confirm Katrina's supposition.

Thanks for the notes. I haven't seen an Eb before. Katrina mentioned additional keywork to id it. What kind of photo would you need? A certain part or overall? Thanks.

Photos of the right hand pinky keys and underneath...I think there are some differences at different times in the wood underneath them although there are many others here who know more than I do about when those changes were made.

Overall keywork too would be helpful. I believe there might have also been changes to various parts of the upper joint .
