Av Galper used to have a site with recordings of his playing, including Shepherd on the Rock and several other pieces. You mentioned
http://music.woodwind.org/abe/AbeSchubert.mp3 and http://www.mp3.com/avrahmgalper, but they've gone away. The Internet Archive has a tantalizing list of what used to be there, but the links go nowhere http://web.archive.org/web/20050205014315/http://music.woodwind.org/abe/.

I have a Drop Box account, but I can't figure out how to download from it. It should be possible to drag a file from DB to my local disk, but this only creates a link.

Right click on the Dropbox link, select "Download" also works.
