Jupiter

Hi,

has anyone here played a jupiter clarinet???

I recently had the opportunity to try out a model 931, which is suppose to be their best model. I tried two horns, and tested both with a tuner. Both played pretty well and the intonation was decent. Perhaps I was surprised because I was expecting junk based on their past reputation. At any rate, the clarinets played as well as most intermediate instruments and the quality also seemed reasonable. It looks like Jupiter has made some positive strides in the past few years.
