Pre-made rod screws (I assume this is what you mean when you say "key rods") are going to be nearly impossible to find for a clarinet that is no longer in production. You will be better off making new ones. You can buy pieces of hinge screw rod in a variety of diameters from many repair supply house (also sold as "drill rod" by most industrial supply houses). You will also need a theading die of the appropriate size and a jeweler's saw for cutting the rod to length and cutting the slot in the end. Also useful would be a pin vise for holind the rod while you cut the threads and slot the end. All of these tools can also be purchased from an instrument repair supply house or an industrial supply house (it may be able to find the small size threading dies at an industrial supplier).
