My dad was in Saudi Arabia and went to look at clarinets for me..he said they only had plastic and the cheapest one was a $1500! He didn't know what brand they were but I was wondering what plastic clarinet is worth $1500?

With plastic clarinets such as the Yamaha YCL-250 listing for just under $900 here in the USA, it's certainly not much of a surprise that a quality plastic instrument would sell for $1500 abroad with the stiff import duties and taxes levied on musical instruments by some nations.
I doubt a wooden clarinet would survive very long in the climate of Saudi Arabia.

Of course the US Army calls Greenline plastic. Depends on who's defining the term.

Check out the Buffet Greenline. Shop around for a slightly used one. They play very well.

>> Doesn't eBay exist in the Middle East?? <<
Do you mean a Middle East version of ebay (that is, for each country) or ordering from the US/Germany/UK/etc. versions of ebay to the Middle East?
