 List of makers and their sizes

I found this interesting list of clarinet manufacturers and the sizes/pitches of clarinets each makes:

I was interested to discover one more maker of the high G clarinet, Wolfgang Dietz: http://www.dietz-klarinetten.de/hochg_solistenmodell_eng.html

...but they don't make an Ab.

Leblanc is still listed as making an Ab piccolo, but as we've already discussed here that may no longer be true.
