He was a friend and fellow clarinetist in the Allentown (Pa) High School band, in the early 1940s. He played first chair, had beautiful timbre, and was equally good on violin, being the orchestra concert master. He had a career as a military band/orchestra musician. Any info about Julius would be most welcome.
