Hello friends,
My name is Ben Redwine, I am the e-flat clarinetist with the US Naval Academy Band in Annapolis, Maryland. I am also pursuing a doctorate degree in clarinet performance, with a minor in Latin American music history from The Catholic University of America. As part of this degree, I have created a website that serves as a database listing all compositions that I can locate written for clarinet in the chamber music genre, which are written by Latin American composers.
I am asking for your help! If you could take the time to look at the website and provide any feedback, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, if you know of any compositions that I have not located, I would appreciate your letting me know, so I can include them. I am particularly interested in locating compositions by composers in the countries in which I have not found any compositions.
Thank you for your consideration and time in improving this project! I hope that it will serve to publicize compositions by Latin American composers that the world would otherwise not know about!
The web address is: www.laclari.net

You might check with Gordon Solie at Editions Viento. He has lots of music from South America in his catalog and may have some Latin American, too. Here is the link to his site: http://www.editionsviento.com/
