Can anyone help me with data/information on this model? Can't find any a reference to it in the archives. I am told it predates the 27/40/45, is an advanced horn and better than the 45. Should I believe it?

Yes, it does predate. No, not necessarily better. I believe the 27 was a better instrument personally. Advanced? I would consider it an intermediate model.

Sorry, "I mis-spoke". The comment was "This is an advanced clarinet, very similar to the model 45 and superior to
the model 40."
I stand corrected.
