I just purchased an R13 Prestige, but have tried the Festival and a Divine (which uses the RC's bore design, at least) among others including Tosca, etc. I chose the R13 Prestige for its response and tonal qualities. I felt that out of all the clarinet models, the R13 Prestige had the most consistent and precise response out of all the instruments. It felt incredibly refined and was an all-around great model. I definitely did find those refinements enough for me to go for the Prestige over a regular R13. The Divine, with the RC bore, was very comfortable to play on. I could produce a smooth and pleasant legato with a nice sound (although on the bright side). As for the Festival, I didn't get along with its response qualities or the tone it produced at all, but that could easily just be me. Many players use the Festival and sound fantastic!
Anyway, like everyone on this entire board would say, just try 'em.
