I feel compelled to provide a link to an incredible set of lectures and public performances given by Andreas Schiff. As clarinetists we play a great deal of music from the late classical /early Romantic period, and here is some of the best masterclass-type instruction on this era I have ever heard. ....phrasing, articulation, color ....he covers it all ... fantastic series!!
I recommend you start at the bottom of the linked page, with the First sonata.

I second the recommendation and have the series bookmarked. Schiff is an amazing musician.
