Martin did make metal clarinets but as far as I know they were all sold under the Pedler brand (Pedler was bought by Martin after Harry Pedler retired). It's possible that they may have sold them under the Martin name for export but I've never encountered one marked as such.
I have a both a Pedler & Co metal clarinet as well as a Martin Handcraft tenor sax. When comparing the two you can see some similarities in the tone hole designs. The clarinet and sax both use beveled tone hole chimneys that are soldered onto the body as Martin instruments are known for.
The Pedler metal clarinet is well constructed but is a rather unremarkable player. Kind of disappointing as my Martin sax is a fantastic player and gave me high hopes for the clarinet.
