It is in bad taste to post negative things about specific companies without having contacted them first or inquired as to arrival times when purchasing for trial.

Perhaps they are delayed in shipment for a good reason.

At any rate, you should give them a chance to explain the delay before posting things that can be seen as negative and damaging to someone's reputation.
