I've been looking for Mozarts Clarinet Concerto but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get it on the net for free or for a low price? I'm getting really bored with my small music library and I need some difficult music so I'm always looking for a challenge so can someone help me out.

Also try www.naxos.com.
This requires 'real player'. Put 'clarinet in the search box and "bingo"

The Clarinet Concerto (K. 622) is just about the easiest piece of clarinet music to find and there are many editions available for a very reasonable price. The stuff I have here on Sneezy is in general unedited with no dynamics, trills, mordents, atc. notated.

I have a book edited by Charles Stabbin. It comes with Mozar concerto,Weber Concerto #1/#2, and Solo de Concours by Raboud with separete bound for
B flat clarinet and piano accompaniment. Good buy. There was an advertsement of this in 'The Clarinet Magazine'.

Are you sure it wasn't William Stubbins (1911-????), a noted pedagogue who taught at the University of Michigan. His books (there are a number of them) can be ordered from Piansano Press - address on the Retail pages.

Sorry. I should have said No. (Japanese often makes this error.)
William Stubbins book is correct.
