 What do these numbers mean?

I ordered refacing of a old Evvet-Schaffer MP and the refacer send a massage like this,
"Balance and adjust facing schedule:
35, 22, 11.5, 5"

What do these four numbers mean?

They represent the distance between a perfectly flat "reed substitute" and the curvature of the mouthpiece facing.
