We have a number of excellent companies for printed music (Van Cott, Sheet Music Plus, etc...) but do not overlook Luyben Music when looking for hard to find items.
http://www.luybenmusic.com/
Their inventory is vast and they often still have copies of items which are now out of print or awaiting reprint by the publisher.
Recently I was looking for a hard-to-find duet book which proved almost impossible to source. Luyben Music not only had it available, but had 5 copies in stock.
Nice people, too...

Very nice people, and extremely knowledgeable about clarinet repertoire. They have a nice, family-run business in Kansas City.

As mentioned, they are terrific and have a great inventory. The ligatures are pretty good too!

If you ever get a chance to visit their shop in an artsy part of Kansas City, it is a bit overwhelming. I showed up about 5 minutes before closing time and Annette stayed open as long as I was perusing and did not rush me one bit. I proceeded to make a large purchase to thank here but it was well worth it. They have a tremendous, really huge, inventory of music of all kinds, but especially clarinet. They had said that Hite used to go in a few times a year and buy about $1000 worth of music each time for him and his students. They have remarkable stories and are a class act! Highly recommended if even for just a visit!
