Accidental in Cadenza??

The Concert and Contest Collection for Bb Clarinet compiled and edited by H. Voxman.
Scherzo in C Minor by Paul Koepke Page 22 and 23.
The cadenza measure # 55, towards the end of the cadenza is the note C with a flat and a natural sign. At the fermata, the note C has a Sharp and a natural sign.
What are those notes?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

For the C6 with the natural and flat sign - play a Cb. The natural sign was used to cancel out the previous C#, an octave lower.

For the final note, the C with a natural and a sharp sign - play a C#. The natural sign was used to cancel out the previous Cb, three notes earlier.

Using your ear, you should be able to hear the repetitive pattern in the final five eighth notes of: up a third, down a half, up a third, down a half, etc...

BTW - You could also check the piano accompaniment book. The clarinet part is written in concert pitch but the notation is a little clearer.
