 Buffet Crampon Question

I have a Buffet Crampon Clarinet w/serial #k2606. Trying to find out approximate date of manufacture or resources that might provide information.

Try the ClarinetPerfection website, serial#s. Looks like you have an early Evette-Schaefer (by Buffet Crampon) about 1952.

Thanks for your help. It seems the mystery has been solved. It was purchased for me by my parents in 1970 for college music program. I'm guessing it was a reconditioned instrument.
