This is not a wood clarinet, looks like plastic probably made before 1970. I thought it would be good as a marching band instrument. Does this clarinet have good Intonation? I do not know if she has perfect pitch, but she is always on tune every time she sings, and she sings a lot, so I do not want to put her off with a clarinet that has poor intonation.

Hello Grandpa,
The modern clarinet has a number of compromises that are a part of it's system. Even amongst professional horns it can be hard to find an instrument that has "good" intonation.
Clarinetists must learn to be flexible and compensate/adjust for their instruments shortcomings. If her innate intonation is good that will help, but it will still take time to learn about issues that are general to all clarinets, and those that are specific to hers.
I can't add anything specific about the pitch of the instrument in question. A Vito will be a fine marching instrument. Besides, you'd never want to take a good horn outside for marching band.
Good luck!
James
