 2 (plastic)mystery clarinet mouthpieces that play pretty well

Hello! I have come upon two plastic clarinet mouthpieces that play pretty well, and I was wondering if anyone had any information on them.

The first one is a Woodwind company Vito II with the following marks:
JC
Muncies
for Chris Hanna

The other has absolutely no markings whatsoever except:
JC3

Does anyone have any clue as to who JC is?
