 E13 Serial number

Hello alltogether,
I wanted to check my Buffet E13 Serial number at he Buffet website. The system did not find
any matches (serial Number K122786). What does this K mean ? (without this K the Serial
number would sign a instrument made in 1971 but I bought the instrument last year brand new)

Try searching under the "Student clarinets". This site is really hard to navigate, but the data is in there.
