 Clarinet Books(HELP)
Author: Marcus West

Hello. For my Georgia All-State Auditions I need two books. I need 32 Etudes for Clarinet:C, Rose (Fischer) for Soprano clarinet and Advanced Studies: Weissenborn/Rhoads (Southern) for Bass clarinet. Could someone tell me where I could purchase these two books? Thanks in advance.

The Rose you can get from pretty much any music shop. The most common copy is the Southern Music edition with the Rose 32 Etude, 40 Etudes and 9 Caprices. Very handy book. That's what Texas uses for clarinet and bass clarinet auditions.

If none of your loval shops carry either of those pieces then you can order directly from Southern Music in San Antonio/Houston, or Luyben or Eble Music are very quick and reliable.
