Friandises is a rental piece (Boosey & Hawkes)--actually it's a ballet. The people holding the audition should provide you with a part. Since it's still under copyright, Boosey probably won't be willing to photocopy you a part for study, although they might if you can get permission from the composer. Here's his website:

Normally what I'd do in this sort of instance is what the librarian at Boosey once recommended to me, which is to purchase a study score and write out my own part from the score. But I don't think that in this case they sell one.

Hmm...I wonder if they'd (B&H, that is) be willing to send you out a perusal score.

Lee Norris is an arranger. He has his own publishing company, so you can probably contact him directly. Here's a link to his website (the arrangement of Sing, Sing, Sing you mentioned is listed under the "pops catalog" section of the site).

They'll send the music once the resumes are looked through.

I have already received the music. The rouse thing is one line only, the the norris is about twenty total measures.

Its a very big, difficult list.

Doesn't seem that bad for principal audition.

brycon,
what excerpt is missing that could make it a little harder?

There are a lot of standard excerpts not on the list:

Beethoven 4, mvmt 4
Beethoven 6, mvmt 3
Beethoven 8
Brahms 4
Mendelssohn 3
Mendelssohn 4
Puccini Tosca
Tchaikovsky 4
Tchaikovsky 5
Tchaikovsky 6

This is off the top of my head.

Plus the Gershwin is rather easy, and if you say so, so are the Rouse and whatever the other one is (Sing, Sing, Sing?)
