About 6 years ago, while I was still in high school I bought a Markis De Luxe clarinet from my neighbor for $100 and put about $200 in repair. Everything is original, but the mouthpiece which was replaced by a Vandoren RV5 for an audition when I was in the Army. The serial number is 182149. Does anyone have any info on my baby?

My babies name is Inglatera (England), as I was taking Spanish when I bought her. I dont think I have ever played an instrument as beautiful as her. She has no problem at all moving from low range to high. It is pretty awesome when I can play higher than a flute, lol.

In that case, who cares if it's King Arthur's One And Only, or Boosey's 400th attempt. :-)

It is just something that I have been curious about for years. I bought her for $100 US and put about $200 in repair. I do believe that she is not tuned to todays standards, I do have to pull out some while I play her.
