Does anyone know how to execut a trill from f sharp to g sharp in the medium register. Ihave tried but iam stuck.

The best position I know is to make F sharp with LH thumb and RH side key, and to apply over this position the G sharp key. It goes quick although G sharp is a little flat.

There's no really good solution, short of getting a clarinet with an articulated C#/G# key.
A decent approximation is to make the first couple of alternations with the standard fingerings and then hold the F# fingering and trill with the C#/G# key. It may work better with the alternate fingering for F# (right index finger + right ring finger sliver key). Press the sliver key with your fingertip, all the way over against the rod that the rings are attached to, which avoids any partial blocking of the open finger holes.
The most familiar solo with this trill is in the Bizet Carmen Suite. I play that on the A clarinet, which gives an easy trill from G to A. Also, the final trill is A/Bb, which is much easier than G#/A, particularly with the little turn at the end. The rest of the solo is a bit more difficult on A clarinet, but certainly playable.

Ken, I think we are talking about two differents registers. I agree with you for the high register. There is another solution for this register, standard F sharp position and then, trill with the LH forefinger, the G sharp is in pitch but very stuffy.
