As a very young boy I remember listening to Alex Templeton's radio show.
He did some hilarious takes of classical composers; Bach Goes To Town, Mozart Matriculates, Haydn Takes a Ridin', Mendelsson
Mows'em Down. I think he did Bach Goes to Town for Benny Goodman.
I've surfed myself dizzy trying to find sheet music for this stuff...anyone know where I might find them?
Thanks.

You might have been spelling his 1st name wrong in your searches.
Searching google for
Alec Templeton topsy-turvy
will start bringing up more references for the Bach pieces (it's part of the topsy-turvy suite, just as searching for
Alec Templeton mozart matriculates
will point you in the right direction. Remember, more words added to the search will limit the search and give you better results.

Templeton pieces turn up on eBay from time to time (although they aren't always in the best condition...).

I am also very interested in finding the sheet music to Templeton's Mozart Matriculates. I have his Bach Goes To Town and Pocket Size Sonatas for clarinets but the Mozart one eludes me. Did you have any luck finding it?

A few years ago I obtained a concert band arrangement of Mozart Matriculates on that auction website. Good luck finding the arrangements you want.
