 Music symbals

I've noticed, over the years, on some instruments, clarinets in particular, that the symbals for sharp, flat and natural are stamped on them in a cluster. Is there a specific meaning for this such as some notes are sharp, some flat, some may be acceptable? Or does this mean all the notes are there, just find them?

A cluster of symbols like this is merely decoration. It has no special meaning.
