 A.Fontaine Silver Clarinet help...

Greetings clarinet connoiseurs!

I received a beautiful silver clarinet from a friend and I am trying to find out more information about its age and value. It is a silver A.Fontaine, serial #521.

I have read that the A.Fontaine clarinets were made Cousenon of France. Unfortunately I have been hard pressed to find any aditional information, especially regarding the piece. Can anyone help with useful links and info?
