 Clalri-tone clarinet

I have a white clair-tone clarinet. It has gold colored keys and trim. It plays quite well. I can't find anything about when these things were made. I worked in a music store in the 50's and never hear of it. The serial number is 0473. Anyone know when these things were made?

I thought Clari-tone was an old, OLD name for the vito reso-tone models...

Correct. But I don't know when they were made. The keys on this thing don't seem as strong as on the Reso-tone. (bend easy)

"It has gold colored keys and trim."

"The keys on this thing don't seem as strong as on the Reso-tone. (bend easy)"

Sounds like some Chinese thing going by those descriptions.
