Hello clarinet enthusiasts!!
I have a mouthpiece question... We recently came upon about a hundred vintage mouthpieces at the shop here. (We're super excited) They range from Baritone Sax, down to clarinet. And they are all premium vintage pieces... I'm sure I'll be back up to ask more specifics, however I have one piece here that looks like a Vandorean blank with a written engraving. The letters "R. B." Are very clear, but then it looks like it says "abrh" ??? So when you read it it would seem to be a name, but the unclear letters are all lowercase and don't really make sense. (Unless it's an ethnic name that I've never heard before..." So when you read it it says " R. B. abrh " It also has " 1 1 " Stamped next to the face.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what this is?? The piece is in nice condition, and like I say looks very similar to a B45 blank. It has three trim rings above the name, and one trim ring below the chamber. Thanks!!
