 Petersen Music Stand

Is this company still in business? The locking collar or threaded nut for my stand has split. The website states it should be replaced under warranty but I have had not answer from four e-mails and a letter. I really like the stand and am hoping someone knows how to obtain a replacement part. Thanks!

Hi there, I use those stands and I had the same thing happen they replaced it very quickly and gave me an extra one (collar) also. The replacement is made out of a better material than original. Tom Puwalski
