Ginny, seeing as nobody else has replied yet, and I myself have had problems in the past with MIDI, I'll see if I can help. I don't really understand what the problem is. Could you be more specific? -- Nate Zeien

I suggest you purchase " THE MIDI BOOK " Hal Leonard Publishing, Available from Musician friend. $8.97 plus shipping. Lots of tips and information re interfacing.

Thanks, for the advice...I'll look for the book. I did get it going, on the 'family' computer, with Sound Blaster. My computer uses 'audio rack' and the midi portion of that seems to have disappeared. It was not a fun event, but things are working now.
