My teacher has mentioned to me that there was a fantastic book written by Cecil Gold on altissimo fingerings, that unfortunately is now out of print. I believe this is it:
http://www.amazon.com/Contemporary-clarinet-techniques-altissimo-register/dp/B0006WRAFK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1202957895&sr=1-2
I was wondering if anyone knew of where I might be able to get a hold of a copy of this.
Thanks

I poked around a bit and the best I could do was find some college libraries that had it for checkout, but I couldn't find it for sale...

Cecil Gold was on the faculty of the University of Akron, and the publisher of the book, the Institute for Woodwind Research, was based in Akron. The U of A library undoubtedly has a copy of the book, which could be borrowed through an interlibrary loan. If you're in college, just go to the music librarian. If not, join your college alumni association and get the loan that way.

Does anyone have personal knowledge of both Gold's and Ridenour's books? If they compare favorably, VDS could borrow Gold's books or could buy Ridenour's.
