Henri Paradis composition

I've recently acquired a recoding of Louis Cahuzac playing Intro/Variations Sur L'air De Marlborough by Henri Paradis. I can't seem to find sheet music for this composition for clarinet, only alto saxophone.

Has anyone heard of this composition before, and if so, is there a clarinet part out there, or do I need to just get the Alto Sax part and transpose it?

You can get it through the University of Maryland Library, through International Clarinet Association. I also have the CD.
