When I've ordered Grand Concert Evolution reeds lately from Muncy Winds, I've received a mixture of the shiny black/gray/gold boxes and boxes that looked identical but were matte brown rather than shiny gold at the tops (neither of these was the old light gray and black type with the cursive writing, just to clarify). I'm just wondering what the current packaging is, as I've found the reeds in the shiny box to work better in general.

I just got some more today (non-shiny packaging), and their definitely softer overall by about a quarter strength than the shiny box ones (annoying, as none are my ideal strength). If anybody could tell me what the current type is, I'd really appreciate it, as I seem to still be receiving a random mixture of the two.
