 looking for particular piece

I'm having difficulty finding a trio for fl/cl/pno called "Black Moon Rising" by Edward Edelson. I know that it is published by C&E Enterprises in Delray Beach FL but I only have an address for them, no email or phone.

Does anyone know anything about this piece, this company, etc.??

Any info greatly appreciated. Thanks
