 Glotin GIII reeds

Can anyone tell me if there is any difference between the Glotinn GIII's in the old yellow hard box and the one's in the soft yellow box in cut,thickness of the blank and them being finished smooth (with sandpaper) on the facing area and the back like the Xilema Artesana one's are?
