a few classmates and I have gotten together to practice for a solo ensemble festival and we decided to do the 4th movement of the brahms trio. At this point, during our practices, we kind of just run through it and then we don't know what to do after we've finished. Please give us suggestions for what we should work on so our rehearsals can be more productive.

My first comment is congratulations. It's hard piece especially for the piano and cello and you pull it off quite well. There is a lot of energy in the performance and I think that is very positive. I will not comment so much on the phrasing as I could make a fool of myself here. I am no Brahms scholar.
I have 2 main comments that have more to do with general ensemble playing:
First, it sounds a little too fast overall and that you are all at the brink of your technical abilities. Second, it sounds too much like 3 individuals playing 3 parts and not enough like a chamber ensemble playing a score. One can hear this right at the beginning where each one of you chooses to play a different tempo. I would advise you take a slower steadier tempo overall and really try to lock in all 3 instruments together, even use the metronome. Once you start playing more together, you can discuss places where you would like to do some stretching.
Listen, listen, listen!
Listen to the cello and clarinet having some beautiful parts together where pitch and tone need to match. There are also parts where you play a question/answer game with piano, listen for what your classmate is doing and respond. There are parts where you just need to take a back seat.
