Totally not clarinet related, but about the term "complete works". Now, I have a passion for the Pipe Organ and adore JS Bach's magnificent output in this field.

I own three so called "Complete Organ Works of Bach" and all three are different in content ... only one, a Danish set I picked up on a recent trip to Copenhagen has the lot (including Bach's pedal exercises (which are most amusing to listen to). The others (Walcha) and a great American set played entirely on glorious north American instruments by Ritchie seem to miss bits and pieces - they they all say "complete" ... go figure.

Without music, the world would be grey, very grey.
