I'm heading off to college next week, and since my solo collection is fairly minimal I'd like to buy a few more pieces to take with me. Any recommendations? (To give you an idea of the level I'm at, I'm currently working on "Cappricio" by Sutermeister.)

I would probably wait until you meet with your clarinet professor to see what repertoire he/she has in mind for you.
Here is a list (by no means complete) of some key clarinet works you might want to have in your library:
Bozza - Aria
Brahms - Clarinet Quintet
Brahms - Sonata Op. 120 No. 1
Brahms - Sonata Op. 120 No. 2
Brahms - Trio
Cavallini - Adagio and Tarentella
Copland - Clarinet Concerto
Debussy - Première Rhapsodie
Finzi - Clarinet Concerto
Finzi - Five Bagatelles
Gade - Fantasiestücke
Hindemith - Sonata
Honegger - Sonatine
Lutoslawski - Dance Preludes
Messager - Solo de Concours
Milhaud - Duo Concertante
Milhaud - Sonatine
Mozart - Clarinet Concerto
Mozart - Clarinet Quintet
Mozart - Trio
Nielsen - Concerto
Osborne - Rhapsody
Poulenc - Sonata
Rachmaninov - Vocalise
Rossini - Introduction, Theme, and Variations
Saint-Saëns - Sonata
Schumann - Fantasiestücke (Soiréestücke)
Spohr - Concerto No. 1
Stravinsky - Three Pieces for Clarinet Solo
Weber - Clarinet Concerto No. 1
Weber - Clarinet Concerto No. 2
Weber - Clarinet Quintet
Weber - Concertino
Weber - Grand Duo Concertante
Weber - Variations
Yes....I know, there are many more.
It's also never too early to begin collecting the full parts to the many of the standard orchestral works which have prominent clarinet parts. ...GBK
