 Pierre Maure clarinet?

I have an old clarinet I'd like to know a little more about. I bought it at a yard sale a few years back. It is a wooden, Bohem system instrument. It looks pretty old, and the hole for the twelfth key isn't imbedded into the body; it sticks out. On the upper joint and bell the brand name Pierre Maure is stamped above a little decoration inside an oval. The serial number appears to be S1989 and it is stamped, "Made in France." I don't really know what to look for as far as these things, so if anyone knows anything about the brand or what have you that would be really cool.

i have the same instrument i got it from a teacher when i was in fourth grade i know as much about it as you do she got it as a present in 8th grade soooo that would make mine about 35-40 years old if it isnt a "hand-me down" my serial number is E67(1 or 4)9 it seems to play pretty well but the keys are "chunky"
