I recently purchased a Walter Grabner Chicago mouthpiece and just want to say that it has made a huge difference in my sound. My Buffet R13 now sounds much warmer and deeper, with great projection. When I fist returned to playing clarinet after a 20 year hiatus, my community band director told me that first you find the clarinet that suits you, then the mouthpiece, then the ligature. When everything fits together, it's magic. I would recommend Walter's Chicago mouthpiece to anyone searching for that special sound - it's a great investment.

I recently (in the past two weeks) purchased a walter grabner CXZ_K11 clarinet mouthpiece, and it is phenomenal. I purchased it because of my pursuit of a better tone and better intonation, and it has made a world of a difference. I congratulate Mr. grabner on his success.
My Setup:
R13 Clarinet (Ridenour Lyrique as my backup/marching instrument)
Walter Grabner K11 mouthpiece
Rico Reserve 3.5's
Bonade ligature

I, too, have a Grabner CXZ_14 in my arsenal of mouthpieces. It has a big, full tone and excellent articulation. I use it most of the time.
