 Buffet Markings?

Recently saw a Buffet with an "O" beneath the crest, then another with "NB" below it. Anyone familiar with these markings?

A small, lightly stamped O below the trademark on each joint (including the bell) is Kalmen Opperman's mark. He puts it on R-13s that he has customized, which includes tuning and voicing so that the scale is absolutely even. Kal's work is as good as it gets.

There are instruments with a false mark, which is usually larger and more deeply incised.
