 Bernstein Sonata
Author: Jolynne Yeo

I'm analysing Bernstein's "Sonata for clarinet & piano"(1941-42)
and would like anyone's opinion on the form of this piece.
I feel there are 5 themes, and it is vaguely in sonata form while others have thought its more binary with a coda.
thanks,
J.

Check through the Klarinet archives. I seem to remember an analysis a few years back ...
