 Beethoven Trio?

Hi,

Are there 2 Beethoven trios for clarinet, cello, and piano or is one a transcription? I am trying to figure out which op. is originally composed for the three instruments.

I'm embarassed I can't remember this!!

Both are originally composed for these instruments by Beethoven. The Op.38 is, however, Beethoven's own arrangement of the Septet Op.20. So, depending on how you look at it, Op.11 is original, Op.38 is a transcription.
