 Clarinet Teacher in Shanghai

I've just moved to Shanghai and wonder if anyone knows of a clarinet teacher here - preferably English-speaking, since my Chinese is not yet above basic standard! I've tried the Conservatory of Music but no luck as yet.

i'll ask Elsa Tung-Wing Lam (previously co-Principal in China Phil, Beijing), she is bound to know someone as she is "up" with all the "who's-who" stuff with the China/Hong Kong/Taiwan scene... i'm seeing her on Saturday but might email before then...
