Hi,
Stephen Howard has many very fine instructional sheets on his site. I have communicated with him by email several times and he is well informed (and quite charming as well). I believe he has posted here on occassion; I would like to see more of his comments.

A fun site. I enjoyed the story about the Ambassador and the pink tenor sax.

Thanks, David, for a most informative website. It's a wonderful place to learn about key action, etc. The visuals are also great.

I was gratified to read his support of the notion that concentration on the development and fixing of unconscious ear-embouchure microadjustments is the key. (I am currently high on intensive, eye-closed, undistracted listening while slowing playing scales, i.e., using one's inbred knowledge of the scale's intervals to perfect automatic tuning in performance.)
