Does anyone know how/where to order this book? I searched the BB and found this website: http://www.clarinetcentral.com/ but it doesn't appear to be working properly. Does Russell Harlow have a new website up and running for ordering this book or is there another source?
Thanks!

Russell Harlow (Utah Symphony) has now, through the help of the DeSantis family and others, republished this important clarinet method.
I would encourage all to investigate this unique method book which very few are aware of. It is a book which I happened to have an original copy of and was happy to lend to Russell in his quest to republish it (now with Louis DeSantis' final revisions from his personal notes).
I'm not sure why his web site is not working but if you want Russell's contact info, write me off-line...GBK

The website opens but there's no link to purchase the book. I'll email you for his contact info. Thanks.

I was at Oberlin for a workshop and listened to Robert Marcellus's master class from, I think, 1986. He mentioned that he particularly liked DeSantis's tone and style. DeSantis was principal in Philadelphia for a year and then went to New York City to work in the studios, but, Marcellus said, died young in a car accident. Unfortunately, there are very few DeSantis recordings.

I have a 2 DeSantis recordings, "Through the Looking Glass" (CBS Orchestra - 1938) , and Rachmaninoff Sym #2 (Cleveland Orchestra - 1927), and can clearly see why his playing was so revered.
Sadly, DeSantis died at the age of 47 after a tragic accident in which his automobile was struck by a trolley car ...GBK
