Buy a fingering chart. The Rubank Advanced Method Books I and II both have a chart that goes to the C above altissimo G. The Klose Method book also has fingerings for these notes. There are also good books by Ridenour and Sims that can be obtained through one of the sneezy sponsers. I believe these two books have quite a few alternate fingerings for the notes.

There are fingering charts at:

http://www.wfg.sneezy.org

that go all the way up to the G an octave above altissimo G! They are listed in the alternatives section. Unfortunately, every fingering is listed as an alternative, without saying which is the "standard".

Eoin,
With notes that high there are no standard fingerings (since the notes themselves are "non-standard"). The notes this high vary with the same fingering from clarinet to clarinet (a tiny difference in anything will make a note sharp or flat or differently colored) so you have to experiment with a tuner & your clarinet to see the fingerings that will work.

And don't worry about adding a few fingers or taking one off if it works better. There's no absolutes up that high.

I have the Alan Sim fingering book for sale. It is good and inexpensive ($10.95) and also handy to carry around. It has fingerings for all the notes and for trills, too.

The Ridenour book focuses mostly on the altissimo notes. It is now being reprinted and should be available again in a few weeks. The price will be $17.95.
